DML Rules
- The DML is for project-based work related to courses and thesis/dissertation work only. Other work (including word processing and general scanning) should be completed using computers around the BGC, in VMR, or on your own PCs.
- You must sign in and out of the media lab and write down the project and course your work relates to.
- You are responsible for your own data. We recommend purchasing flash stick drives to keep your materials on. (Exceptions to this rule may be made for data intensive projects such as video editing or group work)
- Food or Beverages are not allowed in the DML
- The DML follows the same schedule for opening and closing as the library.
- The DML is open for general use except when scheduled for meetings and classes, which hold priority. To check on availability of the DML check the DML Hours page on the DML wiki or the posted scheduled to the left of the door upon entering the DML.
