When you attempt to access a wiki page, you will be prompted for your username or email address and your password. In the event that you have forgotten or misplaced this information, you will want to click on the "Forgotten your username or password?" link located beneath the sign-in boxes.
When you click this link, you will be asked to provide the email with which you registered in the provided box, after which you will click "continue."
An email with a verification code will be sent to the specified address. Once you have received this email, you can enter the requested information in the next screen. Copy the verification code provided in the email into the corresponding box on the webpage, enter your new password twice as directed, and click "continue."
You will then be asked to log-in with this new information.
Click the "proceed to login" button to do so (you will be returned to the original sign-in page), and be sure to record this new information for future reference!
